Eligibility
- This giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, representatives, or agents of Doug’s Kitchen and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

Entry Details
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Entries must be received before the posted contest closing date and time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Prize Details
- The Doug’s Kitchen Giveaway Prize Pack includes a selection of products and/or promotional items chosen by Doug’s Kitchen.
- Prize pack contents may not be exactly as shown in photos and are subject to change based on product availability.
- The approximate retail value of the prize pack is based on the estimated retail prices of the items included at the time of giveaway.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
- Doug’s Kitchen reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected by random draw after the contest closes.
- The winner will be announced on Doug’s Kitchen’s Facebook Page and contacted directly via the email address provided at entry.
- The selected winner must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If no response is received within that time, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree that Doug’s Kitchen may contact them via email regarding contest updates and occasional promotions. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
- Doug’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical or administrative issues.
- Doug’s Kitchen is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or other issues beyond its control.
- By entering, participants release Doug’s Kitchen and its partners from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use of the prize.

- Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used solely for contest administration and for contacting participants with relevant Doug’s Kitchen updates.
- Information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
